Yun-Wei Chiang received his Ph.D. (2006) in Chemistry & Chemical Biology with Professors Jack Freed at Cornell University. He then spent a year as a postdoctoral fellow at Cornell before joining the Chemistry Department at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) as an Assistant Professor (2007). He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2012, and Professor in 2017. He is currently the head of the department.
